With three decades of making sandwiches under our belt, we’d like to think we have mastered our craft but we know that we must keep up to date with the latest trends and insights.
What unites us is our love for food and the great culture we are building together. There isn’t any hierarchy at Around Noon and there is no such thing as a stupid ask. We embrace our differences and challenge each other to be better. We champion diversity and encourage a 'dare to be different' attitude.
Our people are truly talented and we give them the flexibility they need as well as personalised development plans to grow their skills and retain their expertise within the business.
